I don't know about New Zealand, but the Interstate system in this country was not built for commerce, it was built for the military, at least that was Eisenhower's intention. I'm not standing up for the idiot in the video, but there are a lot of arrogant OTR drivers on the highways today, not at all like it was in the 60's.Quote:

Yup...Number one,,,we dont want arguements on here about this..All I can say is that I didnt think he would do something like that,,but these situations bring out some interesting sights..:confused:But,in saying that,,I would not have thought he would have been willing to risk his 32 by doing that..Word out there is that he has been ''spoken to''by the club he is a member of..I have seen the guy since the incident,,and did not make mention of it,,for various reasons..The trucker,who I dont know,,is a friend of someone I do know,,and is not anti hotrodder,,in fact,quite the opposite..Even the rig he drives has had some ''refinements''..and he is,from what I know,a very nice guy,who earns his wage on the highway,,and like me,,gets peeved by arrogant drivers who expect him to get out of their way when it suits..This subject will go in circles forever..Everyone is going to have a different opinion on it...
