Custom Design and Machining projects
Hi everyone, I am new to club hotrod. I just wanted to show everyone some of the projects I have done for some other hotrods. I don't have a hotrod myself but I am heavily involved with offroading/rock crawling and I usually come to other clubs like yours to read and gather information on projects I am working on. So a big thank you to everyone who posts up and shares information/ideas with others!
If you go to my flickr account you can see some pictures:

I designed and machined a reverse alt bracket for a big block that fits a GM Performance aluminum head. It is quite different than what you would normally see.
I also designed and machined some bumper brackets that are used for spoiler support brackets.
Let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions for new projects!

After seeing your work, I have to say that it looks very good. Looks like time is invested in doing things right the first time.

Thanks! Actually for this car and for the owner the work I did was the second time around. Some of the brackets were hand made and didn't have the "wow" factor and they looked sloppy. The owner of the car found me by word of mouth and wanted just some normal aluminum brackets designed and machined. What I came up with is custom and can't be found in any catalog and that is what he likes. He just doesn't have the imagination to see what truly can be done. The funny thing is he didn't even know what he was getting until I already had every thing bolted to the car! I love surprising people! Those were the first custom parts I have done for a hot rod and surely not the last! Any feedback is welcomed!
As a hobby I keep ten beehives. My queen bees are now getting older and slowing down, so I ordered ten more queens from an apiarist. They arrived, but there were eleven arrived in their containers....
