Dear Folks, sorry I have not written lately...

I have not posted for quite a while, but have checked in from time to time. Couple updates, all is well here in Northern California. I retired on December 30th and am making the adjustment to a new life style. We took a retirement cruise, a blues music cruise to the Caribbean. Now I am starting on some projects, moved the compressor outside the shop into a shed on the back side, getting ready to plumb it with copper pipe. Finally put my new Lincoln 180 welder together and laid my first bead. Took a MIG welding class at the local community college during the last fall semester so I have some confidence as I start new projects. The big one is the '54 Studebaker Conestaga station wagon I bought almost 2 years ago. Recently I have had the '53 Studebaker in the California Auto Museum for the month of January and right now it is in the Autorama at Cal Expo in Sacramento. Each of these was with other Studebakers from our local chapter of the Studebaker Drivers Club.

I hope that all my friends here at CHR are doing well, and now that I have some free time, I will come by more often.

Take care

Pat
