    Stephan,
We do have a huge range of options in auto events, but events are scattered across our big land area, often in the bigger cities so the average gal/guy cannot possibly go to everything that's out there due to distances and all associated costs. Most people who are fans choose their favorite venue, like NASCAR, Sprints, NHRA, etc, and then pick & choose based on their ability to travel long distances, cost of admission, etc, then attend the things they can. Not sure who actually attends the crazy stunt-shows, but most any show will draw some kind of audience Annual events, like the Superbowl, are huge shows where they seem to try to make the host city a "destination attraction" when it's really just the arena that is the focus. Many of the gals/guys that enjoy building cars/trucks that are special to them are not huge sports fans, spending hours each weekend (or weeknight) glued to the tube watching some "war of titan's" when they can be out in the shop, or participating in some other hobby. Like at our house, my wife is a much bigger sports fan than I am - I'll watch a bit, but I'll probably doze a bit or be paging through the stack of car magizines at the same time....

So Dave, you've got me confused now. Was it the Cubs or Lakers??

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.
