Hmmm - We as a people seem to have done that very thing to every president I can remember. However, the current guy in the White House seems to have mastered blaming his predecessor for everything from hang-nails to hemorrhoids.

Hey Glen,I didn't mean to say just blaming someone else,but also taking credit for good outcomes as well.That the way our economy works so slowly any changes + or - takes yrs.
