Charlie, I know that Y'all have heard this "when I was younger story" many time but we never took our keys out of the ignition back in the 50's and early 60's. However, we lived in a small town about 50 miles from the big City and everybody knew everybody which, I'm sure, made a big difference.

IMHO, I personally think that the location of where you leave your car unattended is more important than all of the anti-theft devices that will ever be made. Technology goes both ways to assist the Honest and the Dishonest and, if the criminal wants in or even possession of your stuff then they will get them, if not "personally" deterred by someone.
