It doesn't seem to me that you have a Lemon Law claim. Sounds to me like you have an intermittent problem that affects the electronics associated with the tranny, and when cycled OFF and back ON it clears the system and functions normally. The Lemon Law is there to protect you from a problem or problems that they continue to "fix" without improvement. You have not been able to duplicate the problem in the shop - not a Lemon yet, IMO. Like Bug says, it is important that the work orders are worded correctly, and that you keep records of everything. I agree 100% with Dave, communication to your Zone Office (or whatever KIA calls the step above dealers) should get some action as long as you keep things professional and polite. Crying BS to anything is not going to help your cause.Roger
