I've been using Mike's "Blue Dot" approach, and thought that it solved the problem but I just realized that it does not. The blue button indeed takes you to the first new post in a given thread, but if you then scroll up the next post above that newest one is post #1 in the thread. For example, I clicked the blue dot on Steve's '41 Willys Build post, went straight to post #691, but I could not get to post #690 in any way - scroll up to post #1, buy that's all that's there. In order to see the sequence one must go back up top, select page 46, and that page shows the previous posts. BUT it also shows Post #1 again, which by the way has twenty five (25) pictures associated, and requires scrolling through twenty five (25) screens to get to the sequential posts. I had not realized the impact of this change, but I now agree 100% that the "new improved feature" SUCKS!Roger

Hey try this out. Under Settings / General Setting, change the view to Threaded - newest first. I just tried it and it seems to bypass the Original Post as it is now on the bottom.... I'm testing it now.

Bill mentioned when all of this started that he had always (from the very start of CHR) had his General Settings on "Newest First" and that he saw no problem. Might be the answer, but it just seems backwards when one looks at a thread to have it in reverse chronological order....Roger

I noticed the change, and though things were goofy also, but figured it out. I agree it does keep the topic on track. I like it many times that gets lost, smothered in bs is another way to say it.Is that your face or did your pants fall down?
