    The Who still rocks!!!

The wife and I went to see The Who the other night.
Man - O - Man you would think Roger Daltrey was in his 30's.
Them guys still Rock, they played from 8pm till midnight. then the band
went off stage. Roger Daltrey stayed out and played by himself, some more songs.
I would go to see them anytime, that was a truly great concert.

Always enjoyed their music,,still enjoy the Quadraphenia soundtrack,,and in my opinion,''Whos Next'' was their best album..Just recently saw a pic of Candy Clark posing with Roger..He holds his age well..

I never thought they would play as long as they did.
I seen Styx and REO last month and they were good
But, Roger still has the moves and the voice.
He was cracking joke's and even sang some of
Johnny Cash's songs. He had the whole crowd singing
the Johnny Cash songs with him. I have seen the other
groups years ago and Styx put on a great concert.
But hands down The Who has top billing in my book now.
I would like to see A/C D/C though I have never seen
them live yet, but I love thier music. Kurt

Felt the same way when we saw the Stones about 7 years ago. Couldn't believe the energy those guys still have on stage. Like the Who too!

I remember in 81 in college one room mate skipped town to go to S.F. to see the Who for their last tour! Guess they had a few more in them!

I only know of the one night in the Joint at the Hard Rock hotel and casino in Las Vegas.
The wife and I were walking thru the casino after seeing Styx and REO last month and seen The Who was coming.
We came home and got right on line and looked up thier tickets.
But I know it's a tour because Roger said it was a tour for kids with cancer to help benifit them.

Have always loved the Who music.
Went and saw the Hollies in concert earlier this year.
    That night really rocked.
They have always been my most favourite band ever..
On a more modern note it has to be Guns n Roses I guess.
