No, you are actually thinking the right way. I was being too judgemental and suspicious. I think he just missed scanning it and the box was in limbo somewhere until they found it. We've become so accustomed to people doing bad things that we suspect everyone, and that isn't always the case. They give these guys so many stops a day that they have to hustle so mistakes will happen.
