Heck, the rain even made it way up here, Shine! Not near as much as you guys got, but enough... It had been very dry and windy for a couple weeks and we had lots of grass fires and when the farmers started combining beans, any sort of spark at all was starting field fires, too with the result being a few burnt up combines (at about $100K plus per copy!) So, when you guys sent this 1/2" of rain we got over the last two days the fire danger is way down again.....

Too bad about the hay ground, maybe if the rains continue awhile some might try some winter wheat????
