Thank You Sir! I've heard that CT is no easy deal either! But we made it through and looking forward to the "ride"! 8-)

And bugs - mine still has a couple, but that's because I don't spend enough time with the fixes
I guess the "bugs" are what keeps it interesting for me. Once they are all gone.. so is the car!

I did go for a short drive last night. it's like 4 miles to the gas station so that's where I ended up, then back to the shop. I did stop by my house to show off to the wife and she mentioned a burning smell, I felt it was just the paint burning off the exhaust and motor etc., after getting back to the shop I went to set the parking brake and realized I hadn't released it fully! Dang! Shot myself in the foot already! I don't think it did any real damage.. I guess those shoes are "set" now!

I was concerned that my brake pads (wilwoods) would give me a fit or not work well after reading your issues Dave. But I must admit that they worked great!

No funny noises and considering they aren't vacuum assist, they stop really well! I didn't shove my foot in it yet. It was strange enough hearing all the new sounds and since it was dark by the time I finished up, I didn't want to push the envelope yet.

So it's back on the rack and need to re-adjust the parking brake....

Oh, the Posi rear end chatters whenever not traveling straight. That will have to change! I used oil with the additive and even later added another small bottle of posi additive... I hope it changes and soon....
