Don't get me started, Gary. I do have "wheelchair" plates on my cars, and both of us are rather thoroughly broken, but we seldom take advantage of the privilege the plates accord us. We do grouse about other folk who will do anything to get into a handicapped parking spot, and especially those who park in a van only spot without a van. I think the laws should be tightened up and more strongly enforced, but I seem to be in a minority; most people don't seem to care one way or the other.
