Just got this back from Dyson;


Dear Pete,

Thank you for sharing your detailed story about your Dyson. I can only
imagine the shock of having a bat fly through the house. Although
unfortunate the bat was killed I am glad you were able to find a
solution with your Dyson. We hope our machines solve many frustrations-
though bat hunting was not one we thought of before.
