Steve, since it is you I certainly wouldn't hesitate, and don't think Ken would mind at all, but I better not until I ask him..............I'm sure you will understand. I just don't want to make that decision for Ken.
As Ted mentioned, Ken hasn't posted since the change, and I don't know if that is why or what. He did mention to me something about it being different for him somehow, but I can't recall exactly what he said the issue was. Maybe part of it is that his businesses are keeping him much busier these days, this new economic climate has everyone working harder to keep things profitable, and Ken is probably no different there.
I'm like you guys, I miss Ken being on here a LOT! Not only because I like chatting with him and like him as a person, but because his build threads and contributions are way beyond amazing. When he crafts something it makes you stand back and say "OMG, how can a person DO THAT??" What a talented guy he is, and so humble for all that he has attained and what he is capable of doing with his two hands. Whenever I talk with Ken it just blows me away how genuinely nice of a guy he is.
We will do everything we can to get him back here posting.

Don, I also miss Ken's contributions to CHR, I really enjoyed seeing every new post from him. It's a shame to loose so much talent due to the format change but I know how he feels, it doesn't seem like the same place now. Hope he's back soon!!Quote:

Actually now that you have mentioned it,I think you are right,it isn't Sue as she is married to Steve the stainless man.I hope Ken returns soon so I can apologise. Actually Don,I just looked up a personal message she send me and her name is Tina,so heck we both better slap ourselves.

Steve, I'd also encourage you to use the pm or internal email link to contact Ken as I share Pop's feeling that it's up to Ken to release his direct email, he's very much alive and well. I suspect the change in the photo posting format has put him off, I'm not too happy with it either, but it is what it is. He's a busy guy and just probably doesn't feel the need to try to master a new, less familiar process. Besides, if you got on his daily email loop you'd have to not mind naked women, airplanes, and a touch of politics............................me?...........I'm okay with that because, like Mrs. Johnboy says...............I'm a dirty ol' man.
Since "the change" (probably not a coincidence that's the term women use for menopause:rolleyes:) I've not gotten any true pop-up ads (if that term means the same thing I think of), and notice that since the bitching got cranked up a couple weeks ago the banner ads are gone too, just a couple small links under the first posting on each page now.
