    Garage started finally

Getting some extra room . The septic and easement are tight only 13 feet there left over . So I purchased a variance to get 3 feet of the easement to make the garage 16 feet wide . So a 16 X 32 is going up and I will have plenty with the other garage to keep projects more together .

Looks good! I too am in the process of adding onto my garage. Jumping through all the county hoops now. Doing Oak Tree Mitigation currently. What a pain! Pain in the wallet.

Good start Bobby. Hopefully, since you can't go wider, you're going higher (if that fits any design constraints). I find that I can keep the work area more clear by moving stuff to a loft area so that it's out of the way. One of the side benefits is, I forget some of what I've packed up there over the years (that's not the benefit). But when I go digging around I "discover" hidden treasures!

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.

Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.

If there's one thing I've learned over the last sixty-odd years; it's that 'stuff' expands according to the area available to it.

Thanks to everyone , Charlie the hoops are small here and it's almost like a home owners association now . But better news the pad is down and the wood should be on the lot today sometime . Yee haa 34_40 only plan on 1 at a time but if push come's to shove it will hold a few .
