IF we have food assistance, medical assistance, unemployment assistance, government help with buses, job training assistance, housing allowances, paid school lunches, help with utility bills, etc WHERE THE HELL IS THE GOVERNMENT PLAN TO HELP WITH GASOLINE, CELL PHONES, IPODS, AND CLOTHING???? This would help the younger people get onto the Government teats and trap them into a life long dependency on the welfare state.
