I think all us kids used to play cowboys and indians,or as it was known sometimes,,cowboys and itchybums :LOL:In fact I have an old photo of my late father dressed up as an indian when he was about 10 years old...I guess he drew the short straw...
Kurt Douglas as The Villian. Loved comedy westerns.
Got me thinking about westerns. I'm watching a Frank and Dean western right now. Does anyone remember (The Cheyenne Social Club) with Henry Fonda and Jimmy Steward? Or Trinity, Support your local Sheriff? I think my favorite western is (Once upon A Time In The West) with Jason Robards, Charles Bronson, Jack Elam, Henry Fonda and of course Claudia Cardinale. Ernest Borgnine, Lee Marvin were other great western actors. Another thing that has me thinking is that I have too much time on my hands. Took the 37 frame in to get sandblasted yesterday. Just sitting here waiting.
Here's 2 that I haven't thought of since they were taken off the air.
"Cheyenne" starring Clint Walker and "Bronco" starring Ty Hardin
Wow, I sure hope all these are available on DVD by the time I retire.
Sounds like there's a bunch of great stuff I haven't seen yet.

I just looked Ansara up on the web and there were great pics of him and Barbara.
As a kid I'd out draw Matt Dillon before every show.
