i done that many times. some times to the new counter guy after i tell them what part and year it came off .then they ask engine size.. you need that ??? yep then i think to myself ok here we go . donovan ? whats that ? then they ask what liter 10.3 . what they say? what truck ? No gm 66 GTO ? about that time the guys is lost that was a rear wheel cylinder. i know i done it many times with spark plugs most the time i look up the part and tell them the number most of the counter that know me well not play with me... some times. i like to have fun with them know it alls
