    I see a lot of different breeds in her. Most of them have been mentioned.

    Whats her disposition? If she is approachable she may turn out to be a good adoption dog. Don't let her by your kids until you're sure she can be trusted - or your dogs/cats.

    Take her to the vet to get checked out, vaccinated and checked for parasites.
