Don,
You mention rocking the booth, and that your spray insulation is in. Are you using white metal wall panels for the interior finish for the inside walls in the main shop, other than the spray booth? Just curious, as I really need to insulate my walls in the barn. Did you use something like this for foam, or did you have it done? Foam Insulation Kits by Fomo Foam Spray FoamRoger

Roger, Yep ---- Inside of boothand bath is being done in 5/8 moisterproof drywall, everything else is covered in ag panel(steel ).
The stuff yer lookin @ is ok, but I found a local contractor to come in and spray 2 - 2 1/2 " for around $1.10 a sq ft.
He was in and out in 3 hrs and I started hangin metal right away.
Can tell the differance in the sound and cooling already and I ain't done yet.
Once the A/C and heat is in it ought to B a real pleasure workin in itWhen I get to where I was goin, I forgot why I went there>
