The guy in this video mentioned pontoons for water use too. Seems very versatile. I bet see the infatable boat that high was quite the sight. I remember years ago some cubans tied up to Fat Alberts cable on a foggy night in their boat. They woke up in the air too, as the air heated Fat Albert rose again. (Fat albert is a military surveilance blimp in the Keys)
