We love you Chloe, RIP........
It's w/a heavy & sad heart I am sad to say Chloe our baby girl has gone to meet her buddies Sammy & Abby at the Rainbow Bridge. She was our Baby Girl, our Fat Butt, our Bed Buddy, our Riding Partner and most of all she was the love of our lives.
About 10yrs ago our son Joe was visiting his buddy Alan down the street & came home & said he found us a Lab & for only $50. Well at 13yrs old you could see the joy in his eyes, so we told him to go get her & let us see her. Well she was so damn cute we just had to have her. Chloe came into this world as "BooBoo" because she had a 6" long stub as a tail. She became Sammy's buddy(our other Lab at the time) quickly. Sam taught he everything, from drinking out of the toilet, to stripping the bark off of tree limbs and showing her the best spots to sleep(our bed). But most of all he let her know she had a GREAT family.
I want to give our son Joe.Jr a huge THANK YOU & to let him know that Chloe was the best present he had ever given us, even though she was really Joe's dog. She was one of the most loving-est dogs we had ever had & if it wasn't for him we would have never had known the joy of her company.

I'm sure she had a happy life and I knows there's a place for dogs in heaven!

Sorry to read about Chloe, but like Glenn said you can tell from that picture she had a good life with your family.Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

A friend of mine sent me a letter after my old friend, Snowtoes, passed away, entitled "where to bury an old dog?" and the letter meant so much to me in my time of grief.
You bury them in your heart where they are always near and will come to you at any time to renew old memories. The only thing that can fill the emptiness in your heart are the memories and unconditional love they have blessed you with.
My condolences to you and your family at this time of such a loss.

So sorry to read of Chloes passing,Joe...Just looking at the other pix,I can see you had no use for a shredder...You had a Chloe instead...She looked like a typical Lab..Loved a game,and of course,loved her family,and loved a nap..My thoughts are with you and your family..

Ahh, so sorry for your loss.
I lost a 14yr black lab to cancer a few years ago so I too know your pain.

Gemini is a 15 year old German Shepherd, blind, diabetic and lately her hind quarters have been going out on her. She has also begun to have bowel accidents in the house. I have spent the last few days, a little at a time, digging a grave for her in the back. I think that next week some time, she will rest beside Oreo, her predecessor as master of the house.

Tech...thats not good..I lost my shepherd a little before his 12th birthday,,it was painful..We have a friend,who has moved back west to Bakersfield,fromTennessee,and his German Shepherd was just about 17,when she passed..Nathan was gutted,,in fact I think he took her ashes in the urn with him when he left here,and headed up to America about 12 years ago..

I am sorry for your loss, it is never easy to lose a pet. They are so damn loyal, don't care what you look like, smell like or even say to them. They only want to be loved and are a major part of the family. Time will heal the hole left in your heart. I sometimes think my newest Dobe was in hot rodder in a past life. He just jams through the garage checking all my stuff out when I'm out there.

well I decided to do another mod to gain max travel of bars past the intended travel points just for that peace of mind. 1/8 inch is to close so now I'll have 1/2" or better. I cut a 3/16" wall...
