Ok folks I need some help on my project because I am not going to physically be able to do it. Over the course of the next 9 months I hope to get at least three of the four surgeries I need to have. I am getting my right knee replaced in 8 days and in 2-3months the left knee. Then it'll be a fight between the right shoulder & ankle, depending on which one the doc thinks should be done first. Honestly speaking I am one F**ked up SOB & I am falling apart at the seams.

What I have is a stock 48 Chevy truck frame w/suspension & axles(a roller).
I need someone to remove the stock front suspension and weld in the front suspension kit w/a rack n pinion I am getting.
It uses the Metric GM suspension stuff, along with stretching the frame about a foot for me.
I have all the tools to do it (torches-welder-air tools-etc) I just need someone to do the work for me.
I have no problem paying someone to do this for me because I want to try & get more of it done what I am down during surgery.
I have been putting this off over the years and now finally have some extra $$$ & thought I would have the time my body decide else wise.

So does anyone want to help a fellow out along w/making some extra $$$$$ while doing it?????....joe

Heck Joe,I thought I was a broken down thing waiting on 2 knee's also but heck I am thankful that is all that is wrong with me compared to what you are struggling with. I hope you find someone to help you with your build and I will pray for you that the surgery goes well and you are back on your feet ASAP.

Wow, Joe, your story makes me count my blessings and quitmebitchin. Like others have said, if I was closer I would do whatever my limited abilities are to help you in anyway. Good Luck with the surgeries and especially the rehabilitation process.

Mate,I wish we were in the same hemisphere,,cos our friend Redneck,on here,would do that for you no probs...He has done several XJ6 Jag front and rear suspension swaps,,I think he can do them in his sleep now,so what you want would be a whizz for him..I hope someone can help you soon Joe..
