All so very true!!! Seems most forums get so caught up in the "our way or the highway" bs that they seem to have overlooked the fact that the reason most of us got into Hot Rodding was to be able to be unique, build what we want, and enjoy the company of others who have chosen to do the same. Maybe it's because the majority of members here are such non-conformists and our interest are so diversified???
IMO, Club Hot Rod has always represented the segment of Hot Rodding that most closely resembles "how it was" when all this stuff got started.... Unique cars built by unique builders, some of whom build with their hands and others who build with their checkbooks, but all show enthusiasm for Hot Rodding and respect other individuals and their choice of style.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Learning must be difficult for those who already know it all!!!!

This place is,to me,a cyber club house, which I am glad and proud to be a part of..Lifestylz,Whiplash,Redneck,myself and a few others belong to a local forum, which is run by the local hotrod mag..Good place to be most of the time..but I do have to admit that the time I spend on here,is quite different to home..if ya know what I mean..
I may have mentioned it before, but this is a second home for me,because of the lack of bad mannered, nit pickin, bad mouthed people who only come on to stir up what ya find in the pig pen...
Mr Mustang would have a real ball with some of the folks who stir on the other sites I[we] belong to..
I also like ''different'',so am enjoying the VW newbies build threads..V8notchman,thats kool..V8 square...likewise,,nuthin like scaring the daylights out of some one with a VW..Last edited by lamin8r; 02-05-2011 at 06:24 PM.
