Thanks Jerry, Surfer and Mike. Looks like the Garlits museum is a bit less than 2 hours away so definitely worth a look if I can fit it in. And thanks for the car show link, Surfer....certainly some good possiblities there.
Oh, and Surfer.....I'm coming from Canada so even your cool weather will be an improvement for me.

On each Friday and Saturday Night, there's Cruiz In's in Old Town (Kissimmee), about 1 mile East of I-4 on Irlo Bronson Highway. The Saturday runs are limited to '74 and older, Friday night is open. Should take you about an hour and a half to two hours from Daytona, straight West on I-4. It's a real good show, lots to do, plus your just outside of Orlando. At the end of the night they have a "parade" or a cruiz over the bricks - a good time. D

I wish I could give you some ideas, but we are clear on the other coast and south. Here is a link to a rod-oriented newpaper that has all the cruise info for that area. If you can't find something in here, there is a phone number that you can call and probably get some help.

Thanks guys. Leaving early tomorrow morning so now I have something to see other than palm trees & beach.....not that they are a bad thing this time of year.
