Except being a '28-'29, there sure are some familiar looking parts there. Looks like a great fun build. Give us lots of pictures as you do the build.
Just one word of caution - make sure he fits that Glide (appearing)seat and can get his feet on the pedals. I cost me lotsa bucks to find out my size 12 feet at the lower end of my 6'4" frame were in the way
