Thanks Richard, ya made me think of my dear o'Dad.
He drove up until a or two month before he passed away at 91.
He & my mother were married 55yrs the year he died.
Great guy & he never met a stranger, which sounds like myself & my son, but then we come by it honestly.
He & my mother would go everywhere w/each other.
When mom retire they bought 2 different RV's over the years & drove all lover the central states & out to California & back a couple of times.
Not bad for a couple of old birds who refused to slow down....joeDonate Blood,Plasma,Platelets & sign your DONORS CARD & SAVE a LIFE

Either we are alone in the Universe or we are not.
Both are equally terrifying.

Now that was a good one - and from a normally skeptic like me who seldom will read a homily all the way through. It kinda emphasizes a conversation that my DW and I had last night that we, as retirees are not taking enough time to have fun with our scheduled activities.Dave W

Great reading! I can appreciate the right turns as a motorcyclist. Most accidents with bikes are from left turn drivers!

That's a good story. My wife wonders why I always take a route that allows
me to make right turns. Now I have a reason.
