That autostick is gonna hurt you as far as resale, as someone has already mentioned.
In fact, it's a common swap to convert the autostick over to 4 speed manual, and a lot of the autostick cars actually have the clutch cable tube running the length of the trans tunnel, from the factory...find the pedal assembly, clutch hardware, flywheel for the engine, and it's relatively straightforward swap.
