We had a family of rock squirrels move under a storage shed. The grandkids loved watching the 7 little ones play, while mom hustled the meals. It was a lot of fun.... until they got into another shed and started eating the Christmas lights! :-( I stopped feeding them and they moved on.

Foxes are really beautiful animals. When we lived in Pennsylvania we had a fox den in the hillside of our one home. I didn't realize it was there for the longest time until I saw it come out of there one day.

At our shop we have a bunch of community cats that we feed almost every night, there is also a lady up the street who feeds the same cats. One day I drove past the dishes she puts out and there was a momma raccoon and about 6 or 7 little ones, eating in the same dishes as the cats. I thought the cats would have been afraid of them but they were within a couple feet of each other, all merrily eating away.
