IC2 I read the story from your link, it's a sad thing.

My opinion would be to restart the draft bring in another 500 thousand or a million to get it over. There are so many people that do not have relatives over there they do not even have a clue to what is going on. There are so many people out of work in this Country that could use the money and make an all effort just like WW1 and WW2.
