You're right the economy has held up pretty well. Housing is a bit high in the Metroplex ,but if you get out side of Austin like Shine mentioned it's more affordable.


A lot of music and things to do in the area. As far as car shows,etc. you have Dallas,Houston, San Antonio and Austin to draw from.


I love Tenn. and would go back in a minute,but as was stated earlier if Mama ain't happy you pay the price.
