    Looking at the bumper I felt it was probably a DeSoto or Chrysler as I seem to remember that the Plymouth and maybe Dodge had a one piece bumper which was a popular customizing trick for the fords up to about 54 or so---looking at the trailer hitch and multi piece rear bumper made me think that maybe that had been put on from something else.
