Quite possible Bob ............unless they were "spooks" ............... 55th Wing personnel didn't run in the same circles with them .............. and some of them were really spooky

We got around the Air Foce regulations about rotating assignments by changing on paper only ............ the first year I belonged to the 3902nd Support Squadron, the second year it was Headquarters SAC DOCODC, and my last year I worked for the 55th Strat Recon Wing ........... other than my rotations on the aircraft and some TDY's, my duty location never changed ............... Uncle didn't want us moving after they had spent so much money on our security clearances

By the way ............. does this look familiar to you

Well John, thanks to you and the others who did their part as well. All the funnin' around aside, those times, both good and bad, were somethin' special.

Any truth that they had an age limit on the pilot & co-pilot assignments for the big Connies??

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.
