    florida,

For right now it's just to get some cars out of the garage where I had no room to work plus the cars that were sitting out side.

Thanks, It's a 40'x80' with 14' ceiling height. I went with 8' x16' roll up doors. The way the doors are set up my wife did a good job of dragging them in one door, and driving out the other.

Congrats Richard. It's hard reading about guys who fleece others. I'm trusting like you, but had a similar situation on our addition. Luckily the guy showed his true colors before we got too far in the hole. Lesson learned. Glad you've got such a nice new space to work in! Now get to those projects!

I got a little satisfaction when I read my statement in Court. I was able to expose him for what he is; his Lawyer objected, said I was defaming his client. I told the Judge after asking for his permission to speak that I looked up statement in the dictionary. The definition said facts or opinion; and I could verify everything I was saying. The Judge said you can read your statement, my wife said the Attorney kind of slumped in his seat. I'm happy this part is over.

    Thanks Steve,
I can't work in the new garage until I spill a quart of oil on the floor; it's virgin concrete right now. I do have room in the old garage so if I can get myself away from the computer I might start on a project. All of that space and I was under my wife's car outside trying to get the fuel filter changed. Talk about a job, just in front of the gas tank on a 99 Cavalier with a canister right in front of it with rusted fittings. It felt good when I finally got off and the new on though, it always feels good when you get right.
