    This quiz was offered at a car show I went to this week-end. I thought it was a pretty challenging one. There are a few gimme questions, but some others that will challenge you. Internet searches not allowed!

    1. When was the Chevrolet BOW TIE first used?

    2. What year did Ford introduce the F series pickup?

    3. What year was the first production Mercury made?

    4. Popular Chevrolet slogan in the 50s-60s?

    5. What year did seat belts become mandatory in cars?

    6. Firing order of a Chevy 235 cu in engine?

    7. Who made the Manhattan, Virginian, Carolina and Dragon?

    8. What Ford Model for Starsky & Hutch?

    9. Buick's port holes first appeared in what year?

    10. What year did Ford switch from 6v positive ground to 12 neg ground?

    10. My 1955 ford was 6volt positive ground---they changed to 12v negative for 1956

    My mistake, you're correct, my 54 still had a 6 volt and my 56 pannel had the 12 volt.

    You're right about the Tucker.

    BTW, the way 11 is worded the answer is 40.8 c.i.

    And to Richards GTO alternatives you can add Garbage Truck Option (with apologies to you Tiger fans).

    Also the first F series was the '48 F-1, F-2, etc. (hate it when I see an ad for a 1949 F150, grrr)
