It might help get a response if you can give a very brief overview of the problem - who's suing whom and why it's an issue - are you a plaintiff or defendant, etc. Kind of hard to expect someone to jump into the middle of a legal tangle including court testimony without any details - just my opinion, take it for what it is worth.
