There was a tiny bit of damage to one of the wheels in the last set of wheels I purchased from them. Called, shipped it back and they sent me a new one and paid freight charges for both the new one and the returned one. Also got the new wheel the next day. Always excellent service, plus it's good to talk with a person on the phone who knows the products they sell.

I check in everyday and some are better than others. I don't think Brent has anything to do with the forum anymore, but I'm not sure. Hopefully as time moves on the forum will get better.
