I would like to know how or what a person does to get a legal title
when the people lose or don't have a title for a car, reason is that
I am looking a couple of(fixer uppers) cars, but being sold with bill of sale only..here where I live if I lose a title to one of my cars I get a dublicate,
this cars are in Co. and I know there are guys here from Co. do do know if
you guy s have the same system,or what do I have to do ?? please if it's
something that can not be talked about here for I know we have rules,
