For years I have been driving by this huge building located at the junction of Highway 18 and 22 next to Spirit Mountain Casino in Oregon. It looks like a blimp hanger or a huge Quansit Hut and had the words "Old Kars Museum" on the roof. I had heard rumors that it was full of old cars and parts but the place has been closed up tight for years and the story has it that the guy who owns the place died and his only surviving relative is not interested, etc...

Well a recent storm took part of the building down and look what's inside! I couldn't get real close but will try again next visit!

Cool stuff. All under cover for at least twenty years that I know of.."Where the people fear the government you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people you have liberty." John Basil Barnhil

Thats a shame to let all theat just sit. It will probably be picked through soon, since the top is off showing whats inside.

It is a shame to let them sit like that?

DUDE.. they are indoors.. out of the weather ( or were )...

sittin like that is about the best way to preserve them!.
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
