Yep, met too, got my thumb between the saw and frame of a power hacksaw the week before Christmas one year, had to drill a couple holes in it so that I could sleep that night. There was still some black on the tip of the thumb nail on the next 4th of July.

Did ya know that if ya take the handle extension off of a really big floor jack the spring designed to neutralize the weight of the entire handle will swing the remaining half up hard & fast enough to bloody your nose?
