I've been thinking about this meeting and all of the particulars and it seems that the longer we plan and come up with different ideas the better it will probably be. That is, if we actually do it. So I make a motion that we just keep tossing this around and thinking about it until some time in the future unless someone has some different ideas or another motion contrary to my recent one.
Aaaah, I'm not sure I'm comfortable committing to a motion at this time, let me think about and I'll get back to you on it.

I got mine but I haven't had a chance to open it yet, maybe next week sometime after I sharpen the letter opener.

WAIT! 354! What the heck is going on, it's almost like they're in succession. We better hold off on the meeting until we find out what's happening here.
I think this merits forming a special committee, in the near future, to analyze the relative abundance of interested members, and find better ways to inform them of future events. This definately is an agenda item, that's needs thorough looking into. I think next month or the month after we really need to think about this!
