I think it's best to approach this after the holidays! It's just too busy right now, but I think the 09 meeting was finally approved by all of us, so maybe we can work towards that.

The 2008 meeting notes came out last month and were sent to the printers, I'm pretty sure they addressed the 2009 Meeting Agenda Dave, Velma says they should be mailed out before the new year!
Printers out of ink, I'll try to get some and mail everything before the next meeting.
