Ford is better off with cash right now, but not for long. If the other 2 restructure and Ford does not, Ford will be, uh, Found On Road Dead.
The $15B 'bridge' funding with all its stipulations is available to all 3 if it passes.

I check in everyday and some are better than others. I don't think Brent has anything to do with the forum anymore, but I'm not sure. Hopefully as time moves on the forum will get better.
