    Question Treasure or Trash

Found this compression tester at the swap meet today. It's made by Peerless and has the Hastings face.
Is it worth more or less than the $10.00 I paid for it?

As long as it works there is no reason not to keep using it as it was intended. Looks like a nice piece and in good condition. These things don't tend to wear out, so you got a good deal. The oldtimey face is worth it alone IMO. Good score.

I remember when hot rods were all home made.

It was made in Chicago. Not a scratch on it. The rubber tip shows it has been used. I intend to keep it nice and continue using it until I pass it on to my eldest son.
