Uncle Bob surely you won't let this go unchallenged!

Halloween in my town has become too controlled. All of the kids are supposed to be home early - I believe 8:00 unless they are at an escorted party. Last year - maybe 20 kids total and that's a stretch and in a neighborhood here the number of kids is expanding fast. I have even stopped decorating - no one but my wife and me to look at them. It's a real downer and especially since the weather today is beautiful !!!!

Those that have lots of kids and good decorations - enjoy
