Amazing. He had to get the left wing out of play (no lift), then fly it knife-edge and hang it on the prop. Goes to show you - you can't have too much horsepower.
Or too much rudder!!!!
That is one of the finest jobs of flying and film editing over dubbing ive ever seen.
i was told i think it is the russian planes the wing spar breaks? i think jon did build a wing for a guy but never did hear of any one making it out of one of them snap offs:whacked:
I think Pluto ( think Walt Disney ) said it best...
"YAAAHHHH HOOOO HOOOO HOOOOEEEEEEE --- YAHOOOWEEEE "!!!!!

As some of you fliers know, and have pointed out, power helped a lot, but his skill was also well demonstrated in pulling out of the initial fall and doing that loop to recover some control, space, and speed.
That guy is as good as the pilot that brought in the crippled DC-10 in Iowa.
I would have to change my shorts a least twice..........LOL

Hate to burst everyone's bubble, but this is a commercial for KillaThrill. When I first watched it I had my doubts, and did some searching on it and found this website that confirms that it is fake.

I guess for real airplane flying its fun to see those crop dusters spraying in the summer around here. They are nuts and they were all over this year. We had one crash about 3/4 mile from us a couple years ago, nobody got hurt though.
Check out some of the videos of "Pugachev's Cobra" maneuver. It apparently only works on jets with vectored thrust. The pilot pulls the nose up past vertical, essentially initiating a tail slide, then flops it back down and zips off.
