Wow. have never seen anything like that.
That was unbelievable:eek: .
Sean
UNBELIEVABLE. He made it look like he does it several times a week.
In all my years of flying, I have said that I couldn't see any reason to jump out of the plane unless it was on fire and only had one wing----I was waiting for it to catch on fire-----now I got to go rethink all those other things I've been saying about flying or racing-----
I would have to say that gentleman was flying on pure instinct ............. he's one amazing pilot
Simply impressive. I bet it took him a while to re-coop!

That would be a double pant leg shake down for me. Fantastic flying.
Goes to show, you can never have to much power. Getting it to hang off the prop saved his butt. I never had that much power to play with, so I had to be sure the wings stayed on my plane!! Instuctors are always drilling it in, "Fly the plane, Fly the plane". Guess he was listening! Impressive he was able to sort out how it would fly, and maintain control in such a short time. Wonder if the horse shoes up his butt, clank and rattle when he walks?:whacked: Sniper
That`s crazy!! it almost looks fake on that landing. That guy is seriously calm and collected in an emergency!
Never stop flying it or driving it!
i will have to tell my friend about this he builds planes for arobatics ..that is some thing else i do not build planes but i bet that 3 blade prop and a having big engine did help he flew that thing in like a helicopter
As Frank would say from the TV show Every Body Loves Raymond “HOLY CRAP” plus a very good landing. Amazing to be in one piece let alone stop the plane upright. Great Job
Richard
GOLLLLL - LEE!
Astounding, Uncle Bob!
Do you have any idea who the guy is?
Thanks for that one, Bob.
Jim
He had help with that one! Simply amazing or miracle.
Heck of a fine job!!!! Any landing you walk away from is a good landing, and some really fine flying to boot!!!
Amazing. He had to get the left wing out of play (no lift), then fly it knife-edge and hang it on the prop. Goes to show you - you can't have too much horsepower.
Or too much rudder!!!!
That is one of the finest jobs of flying and film editing over dubbing ive ever seen.
i was told i think it is the russian planes the wing spar breaks? i think jon did build a wing for a guy but never did hear of any one making it out of one of them snap offs:whacked:
I think Pluto ( think Walt Disney ) said it best...
"YAAAHHHH HOOOO HOOOO HOOOOEEEEEEE --- YAHOOOWEEEE "!!!!!
Wow. just amazing. Thanks for linking that!

As some of you fliers know, and have pointed out, power helped a lot, but his skill was also well demonstrated in pulling out of the initial fall and doing that loop to recover some control, space, and speed.
That guy is as good as the pilot that brought in the crippled DC-10 in Iowa.
I would have to change my shorts a least twice..........LOL

Hate to burst everyone's bubble, but this is a commercial for KillaThrill. When I first watched it I had my doubts, and did some searching on it and found this website that confirms that it is fake.

Fun hater. I choose to believe that the airplane is real and your website is a farse. :LOL:Quote:

LOL! Sorry guys......:o
I guess for real airplane flying its fun to see those crop dusters spraying in the summer around here. They are nuts and they were all over this year. We had one crash about 3/4 mile from us a couple years ago, nobody got hurt though.
Check out some of the videos of "Pugachev's Cobra" maneuver. It apparently only works on jets with vectored thrust. The pilot pulls the nose up past vertical, essentially initiating a tail slide, then flops it back down and zips off.

Shame it's a fake. Now you can't believe anything you see either.
Time for the RC guys to prove it can be done like inverted helicopter flight.
Word around the campfire is this is a fake. Whoever did it, did a good job nonetheless.
Neal Boortz was raving about it today. By the time I got out of my car, no one could convince him it was a fake.
BUT COULD IT BE DONE ??? IF SO WHO WANTS TO TRY IT ??? :LOL:Quote:
