    Henryrifle, thanks for the link it was very interesting. And the guy sounded honest in his words. They are talking doubling the price for gas this year, of course they always say that, so maybe it would not be a huge waste. If not I could always throw it in the garage.

    my grandfather bought 1 and quickly realised, it wasn't very good and sent it back within the gaurentee period...

    We have 1 of these at my house. it does not heat the house by itself, but used in conjunction
    with the furnace, the furnace does not fire up as frequently, and this heater uses a lot less gas than if the furnace had to fire up
