Because there were a select few who were turning the for sale threads into heated discussions about pricing, styles, color combination, even who the seller was. Since the for sale section is for the posting of items for sale and not a discussion subforum all threads are now locked and any posts made after the initial one are removed.

Actually I can see the need for that (there was a stupid lame brain senseless comment made about a car I posted once),. but I had a 32 Vicky in the classifieds that sold (as well as some other stuff) and I am still getting contacted about it,..... If the original poster could somehow mark the item "sold" that would be great. just a thought. Originally Posted by mrmustang Originally Posted by mrmustanga sinner saved by Grace,...... Hey Bill, I like the idea of a locked thread, but is there someway for sale threads can be kept on the current list and not disappear after the first day???? You know me, just trying to make your life more difficult!!!!!!!! Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Not sure what you are asking as I see posts on the first for sale page dating back to 05-01-2008 Originally Posted by Dave Severson Originally Posted by Dave SeversonInstead of being part of the problem, be part of a successful solution.
